Be accepting of and encourage open dialogue from others in your life personal and otherwise. Be open to criticism no matter how uncomfortable it may be to hear. How we analyze and or see ourselves may not jive with how others see us. Being ok with that and using those inputs in a constructive way to better improve oneself is an extremely valuable trait to have and module exclusive serve you. In time, it will become easier to accept and handle those criticisms the more you practice doing it and eventually will become something you relish to hear. You will see those insights from others as a helping hand rather than an hurt or belt to your value of self and/or endeavors.
Those inputs will help you to improve on the nice behaviors you have and things you do and to help change the bad ones. The insight of others will often times help you see something you have missed which invariably at times can be something huge and impactful. Also by following a regimen of openness with the group of people in your life and their ability to constructively criticize, you will gain a greater respect from that group around you and help them to have an easier time accepting the same from you.
